Allie Mains, CNP

Allie Mains, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP, RNFA, CNRN, is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a certification and specialty in Neurology and Neurosurgery, as well as a Certified Surgical First Assistant in the operating room. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as advanced degrees in nursing from Northern Kentucky University. 

Allie is certified as a nurse practitioner in both pediatric and adults, and specializes in Headache Management, Neurosurgery and Neurology, along with Functional Medicine, IV Vitamin Therapy and Hormone Replacement Therapy. She is also certified to perform sclerotherapy and large joint and spine injections with and without ultrasound guidance. She has extensive experience in teaching cadaveric dissection courses for both neurosurgery and aesthetics, including facial anatomy and neuroanatomy. Allie has taught national courses for APRN’s and has a passion for eduction and making patients feel better inside and out.

Originally from Louisville, Allie now lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys watching and playing any sports, traveling, and, of course, spending time with her wonderful young girls.
